Encon's latest wireless alarms offer wireless sensing and both wired and wireless communications. This means providing excellence in all the characteristics of these systems.

Sense - Sensor, V-Bus & Mount
• Rugged sensor devices with easy-to-attach mounting fixtures
• Detect vibration, temperature, pressure, current and humidity.
• An integrated, sleek, weatherproof digital databus with visual on/off indicator
• Databus contains factory-embedded calibration and unit-of-measurement information
• Ability for end-user to assign specific identification label

Send – Transmitter
• Transmitter operation for 3-5 years on average between battery replacements
• FCC-approved transmitter device
• Encrypted data broadcasted at 418 MHz (or 433 MHz) at random 10-17 second intervals
• Direct transmission distances up to 600 feet
• Capable of communication with powered repeaters to increase range up to 20 miles

Secure – Receiver
• Reliable UL-approved powered receiver
• Connectivity with Ethernet, serial devices, and direct-to-PC architectures
• Able to manage inputs from multiple sensors simultaneously
• Optionally-configurable locally or remotely
• Receives configuration information for an unlimited number of sensors

Synthesize – Software
• Easy-to-install, user-friendly visual “Dashboard” display available
• Trend monitor data from selected sensors
• Schedule preventative maintenance activities
• Prevent equipment failure events
• Initiate alerts when defined performance thresholds are violated
• Route information to control system (SCADA) messaging interface
